last night i woke up and got up to get a drink (it was about 1:30 at night) and it was pretty much pitch black and i got this really weird feeling that there was something in the hallway connected to the kitchen so i slowly open the fridge door and the light from it passed over a kid in the hallway it was only there for i split Second but i looked like a boy about 9 or 10 years old. i only got a quick look at the face. it wasn’t like a white floating figure it look like a normal human just very pale

hear are some other things that happen to me

i hear footsteps walking towards my bedroom at night when every1 is asleep. i hear chairs moving when i am the only one home. my dog barks at nothing (that i can see or any one else). i here heavy breathing outside my bed room. i always see shadows moving out the corner of my eyes. i sit in chairs that a warm but nobody sat in them for hours. radios turn on for no reason. i get cold in sum parts of the minutes or a few minutese and them i get warm again. i get the feeling someones watching me.once

i walked into my bed room and it was dark and i saw a black figure standing up against the back wall but as soon as i turned to the light on it was gone.

and another time in the middle of the night and got up to go to the toilet and i saw a white figure standing in the hall but as soon as i look at it disappeared.

11:33 a nother night i was sitting a a computer desk in a dark room (well there is a little light from the computer) and out the Corner of my eye i saw i white figure walk in the room and i turned towards the door and there was nothing there and whilst i was still watching watching the door a black fog or mist or cloud i dont how to describe it just flooted through the door it was about 1 and a half meters tall and a meter wide it stoped for a second and dissaperd

what should i do? what dose this mean?plz help me! i dont know what to do

Winsome Computer Desk

The tower is under my desk and during the summer its fan is frequently going. I could swear it is at least 10º warmer at my computer desk than it is in the rest of the room.

In the winter, when I could use to have a little extra heat at my computer desk, the fan is almost never going and I don’t notice it then.

I have a room I want to convert to a office/den with computer desk,entertainment center and a little furniture

Sorry this is so long! i tried to give as much necessary info as possible!

My husband and i have 2 dogs; a 7 month old Cairn terrier mix named Bingo. We’ve had him for 2 months & he’s very submissive, he’s NEVER been aggressive toward another living creature. He’s very gentle with our 14 month old son, never bites or growls, just a good dog with babies. i also have an 11.5 month old black lab/australian shepherd mix named Jake.

We got Jake when he was 10 weeks old & our son was 5 months old. Jake grew up with our baby, so he’s always let him climb on him, pull his ears/tail, sit on him, generally be rough & just “explore” him. He used to get mouthy when he was a pup, so we corrected him by saying “No bite”. Whenever our son took a chew toy/ball from Jake, Jake would carefully take it out of his hands. He would gently bite the toy & he was always careful to not let his teeth touch the baby’s hands. So he’s been so good with him. As our baby got older, we realized we had made the mistake of telling Jake how to behave with our son, but we never taught our son how to gently touch the dog. We started correcting our baby around 8 months & he’s usually good about playing with the dogs nicely, with the exception of climbing/sitting on them

But Jake has been getting increasingly aggressive over the past few months. He started growling when he’s lying down in certain areas of the house. He would growl at the baby whenever he stepped near him. We would tap him on the snout & say, “NO” sternly, but he continued growling at us everytime we tapped him. He then started growling more frequently when he’s been in his little “moods”, as in he now growls when the baby walks near him while he’s lying in certain areas. He also growls at Bingo when he goes near him when he gets into these moods. We also noticed that whenever the baby cries/screams, Jake will literally slink away into a corner/under the computer desk in another room (he never used to do that). He growls at anyone who goes near him/touches him EXCEPT for my husband & i. Bingo is submissive & Jake is the alpha dog in the family, but he KNOWS my husband & i trump him. So he doesn’t growl at us when he’s in this mood (unless we tap his snout) but he growls at everyone else.

A couple days ago he was lying down between our bed & wall in the room & the baby just walked in front of him & he bit his foot. He didn’t draw blood & our son wasn’t too fazed by it but that worries me. He’s starting to snarl before he snaps at Bingo/our baby, growling more & getting into his mood a lot more. We always tell him “NO!” when he does this but it doesn’t seem to be helping.

What’s the problem? Is he jealous of the baby? i don’t see how that could be it because he’s used to the baby being part of our “pack” & he literally grew up with him, why is he changing now? How do we fix this?

We’ve tried taking both dogs to the dog park once a week but that’s dwindled down to about once a month now due to being so busy/tired. Honestly the dogs rarely go on walks but they are played with daily & given individual attention. i’ve been spending more of my freetime with friends, so maybe he’s feeling neglected? We’ve recently started keeping them outside when we’re not home because Bingo chews on the furniture when we’re not around. He’s also started doing this while we sleep so they’ll be sleeping in the backyard every night from now on as well. Will that make his behavior worse? When we are home they go in/out as they please via a dog door.

Do we just need to work harder on giving Jake individual attention? Will more walks/trips to the dog park help? He still plays very nice and carefully with our son when he’s hyper, but he’s getting into this mood of his a lot more often & it’s starting to scare us.
Some of you are being extremely rude. i did not “throw my dogs outside and neglect them”. ONE of my dogs chews furniture while we are gone and/or asleep so i cannot correct the behavior since i’m either not present or unconscious. Getting another dog was smart for us because Jake got lonely and anxious after our previous 2 dogs died, it was necessary to get a playmate for him. He never simply “steals” stuff from our son, they PLAY together, they chase each other. My son will throw their ball, the dogs will catch it, my son will take it from the dogs and runs away because he likes to be chased and that’s how he plays. The dogs gently take it from his hands and then my son chases them. That’s how they play together. Jeez.
Ms Manners? How ironic because you are VERY rude and appear to have no manners at all. Tell me, how does my son simply WALKING near my dog “us allowing him to ‘aggravate’ the dog”? Uh, it’s NOT. Babies walk, i know, it’s totally crazy, who woulda thunk it? But most dogs don’t have a problem with humans walking near them! Oh that’s right, you can’t say anything else to me because you have been blocked and reported. Please learn what manners are before belittling someone again on this site, mkay?

I’m pretty sure my 19 year old son has got involved with dealing drugs. I dont really know what to do.
Me and my husband have become suspicious over the last 2/3 weeks, he has a photo on his phone of what looks like 5 bags of white powder or tablets, the photo was taken on his computer desk, also i found a little bag (like the corner of a food bag, triangle cut off the corner). Then last night he came home a bit worse for the drink, and I heard him on the phone to his mate saying he had been working for someone they had met 2/3 weeks ago.

I know whatever I say to him he’ll deny and lie through his teeth. What would you do?

I live in a 3,500 sq. foot home. You walk into a dining room, and then walk into a kitchen on the right (seperated by walls). Then, the entire living room is open floor planned. The stairs are right infront of you, that lead to a hall with bedrooms (left), and a loft-ish room on the right. The “loft” is an open floor plan, and has 3 walls (and a half wall). the rest is railing looking down into the living room. I HATE THE WAY THE LOFT IS ARRANGED!! Currently, there is a computer desk in the back right hand corner, and a pool table on the left. In between the desk and pool table is a tv. Across from the tv (on the half wall) is a three person couch, and a 2 person couch on the right of it. I really hate this arrangement. Its too open, and i like crunched, warm feeling rooms. CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN ARRANGE THIS ROOM DIFFERENTLY????

a few nights ago i turned the lights off ready to go to bed ilaydown in bed closed my eyes for a few seconds and the i just knew that there was sumthing in the coner off my room so i opend my eyes and sure enough standing in the coner of my room was a black figure. i stared at it for 10 seconds to see if it was just my imagination but it didnt go away. by this time i was freecking out. so i closed my eyes.reached for my phone on my bedside table and open it and shone the light in the coner and i it was gone

Black Glass and Aluminum Computer Desk – by RTA Home Office – CT-010B

On my desk top, I have my icons to the left and to the right is yahoo as my home page and behind the icons and yahoo home page is my background but I want to see the entire background and remove the desktop homepage but nothing is working, any other suggestions? I also have tried clicking on the right button when the arrow is on the homepage to see if I could delete it or some how remove it but no such luck.
