Can he kick me out of our townhouse?

I have a situation I would like too present online. I am currently engaged. We decided to move in together after 3 months of knowing each other. I originally got this townhouse by myself with my credit and income. His name was added to the lease right before we moved into this place. We’re not getting along and we’re also thinking about calling it quits. We took on too much too fast. Moving in together and trying to establish a home is hard because you have to get to know the person and learn to live with them. On top of all this I am pregnant, so all these major events are hapening and it’s put too much stress on our relationship so we both agreed that we needed separate places. I put down the deposit and paid the full month rent for may and I paid half the rent for june. I have also paid for half of the new couch and I paid for other things in full for this place. Before I moved from my old place I donated all my belongings to charity. We both agreed that we would buy new furnishings. So a lot of the stuff here that’s not new are his belongings from his old place. He told me it was too much of a hassle to move into this place because he had a lot of stuff. He said I should be the one to leave because it would be more of a inconvience to him. He said I have more stuff here, that wouldn’t be the case if I didn’t donate all my furnishings to charity. It’s going to be an extreme inconvience for me to because one I am pregnanrt. Secondly, I will have to put out more money financially to move. I told him since I put the deposit down on this place, he should pay the deposit on my new place. He said that would be fair. He went down to the landlord office and they told him another deposit wasn’t required. So I told him could you please use that money to buy me new furniture because we both agreed that I would donate all my furnishings from my old place. He said he wouldn’t pay for new furniture. I don’t understand how he could be so willing to pay over $1,200 to get me a new place and he can’t put that money towards my furniture? I don’t think he’s being fair. I should never had his name added to this lease, but there’s nothing I can do about it now. He asked me to do him a favor and be the one to move because he didn’t feel like moving all of his stuff. I want to be civil about this, but he’s trying to make it as easy as possible for himself. I also gave his daughter my queen size mattress and computer with all the trimmings. I told him either his daughter is getting a new bed or I am because I’m not exactly in the habit of taking something I gave to a child. I would like to know since we’re both on the lease can he kick me out if I stick up for myself and tell him I’m not moving? Please help me!!!!!!!

is there a place on my computer(home page, desk top, etc.)that i can practice my typing skills?

I ask few serious questions, but here goes one; What do you think of a messy house?

I live in a very nice, by my standards, house. It’s 3500 sqft, hardwood floors on 12 acres that backs up to a million wooded acres. I have a 150 foot concrete driveway, a guest house and a completely separate garage/office as I work from home as a computer programmer.

But we keep a sloppy house. It’s not like something you’d see in better homes and gardens. Nope, this place is a freaking wreck. I have four kids, 3 of them young boys, and they are rowdy as hell, so our furniture os pretty much trashed, seriously.

I built the house myself and am not quite done and quite frankly, I haven’t even tried to finish the trim work because the damn project has taken me five years to get to this point. I’m tired and just don’t care anymore. BUT, I will finish it as I got some new tools this Christmas.

Anyway, the question is, if you visited a really nice place and then walked in and it was messy and unfinished, what would you think of the people?

Where’s a good place to buy an office chair?

I’m looking to buy an office chair to use at my computer at home. I’ve been to Fry’s, Office Depot, Costco, and Sam’s Club and I haven’t had any luck. I want a chair with a high back, maybe like an executive style chair. I don’t wanna spend over $200. All the decent ones I’ve seen are over $200. I want something that’s good quality and that meets my price range. I’m probably gonna look at a couple office furniture stores but my mom said it’s probably more expensive there. Is it? By the way, I live in Los Angeles County (Burbank).
